The process begins with several health and performance tests, which allow for preparation in advance and enable the entire process to be engineered around your goals.

A resting metabolic rate test to assess how many calories are burned at rest, and the total daily energy expenditure for gold standard accuracy of calorie intake

Gold standard for cardiometabolic and hormonal panels, early detection of chronic diseases and biomarkers of healthy living.

To determine fitness classification against your age category, gold standard heart rate zones, fat utilisation and any gaps in current training for optimal cardiovascular fitness
